Why You Should Study Certificate Course in Embryology

International Institute of Reproduction and Fertility Training aims to provide training dedicated to academic excellence that provides the essential knowledge and skills about assisted reproductive technologies to produce competent clinical embryologists and andrologists.
Certificate Course in Embryology is designed to prepare students (potential embryologists, andrologists, physicians, and others involved in the practice of ART) to become skilled medical technologists and assistants in the growing field of embryology. The program will introduce students to the science of reproduction. Embryology technologists (also known as embryologists) often participate in the daily activities of the embryo culture. The program goal is to provide multidisciplinary training in current technology to meet the ever changing demands in clinical and research aspects of assisted reproductive medicine embryology and andrology. This program was designed to create a bridge between clinical, laboratory and molecular reproductive medicine and the basic sciences as well as evaluate skills and offer training in basic and advanced techniques.

Candidates will closely work with IVF specialists, doctors, senior embryologists and other medical staff to ensure that in vitro fertilization (IVF) patients receive proper care. IVF laboratories provide a full array of fertility services including andrology testing and endocrinology testing. This training course also provides opportunity for both scientists and clinicians to gain sub-specialist and practical knowledge in Clinical Embryology and Assisted Reproduction Technology and infertility, including processes of human reproduction that are relevant to manipulation of fertility and new ways of laboratory approaches to treatment of reproductive disease.

To achieve the program goals, the program has established the following objectives:
  • Learn the reproductive endocrinologists, embryologists and andrologists perspectives for diagnosis and treatment of infertility.
  • Discover best practices in clinical embryology and andrology laboratory, and reproductive medicine research
  • Anticipate future laboratory and personnel requirements
  • Master basic hands on skills in embryology and andrology
  • Job Opportunities in Embryology
There are enough job opportunities for potential embryologists to get a position at fertility clinics. Your educational background and specialized knowledge of embryology will certainly allow working in reproductive laboratories.
In order to gain employment in the field of embryology, a bachelor's degree in a science-related field is usually required.

IIRFT transforms a diverse group of embryology practitioners into a uniformly trained group of professionals. IIRFT is an institute of embryology practitioners, embryologists and the public by fostering and advocating excellence in the practice of reproductive embryology.
